this week sucked, but let's not talk about that.
i want to talk about
another source of my depression not called mark van bommel leaving a manga/anime series i came across
while i was lamenting the loss of my captain when i decided i wasn't going to be productive this week.
It only has 14 scanlated chapters, the volumes were only translated and sold until volume 5, and the anime is only 24 episodes long, spanning 5 volumes.
so yeah, when i finished and wanted more, and found there wasn't any i could access in the english language, it didn't really improve my mood - in fact, it may have made it worse :(
but go read pumpkin scissors.
it's actually quite good.
i mean, if you like post-war time army conspiracies, politics and post-war sociology and psychology dosed with a healthy dosage of [see title]. idk
but ngl, when im in a bout of depression, nothing makes me happier than watching a man walk up to a tank and shoot the man driving it through the sight hatch with a 13mm handgun at point blank range.
it's pretty awesome and the characters are likable and it only makes you wish you had more chapters to follow :/
in other news, i introduced my roommate to TTGL, and now we're watching through as much as we can and it's brought my mood up considerably.
otherwise.
this week was crap.
...i've accumulated over 500 new pictures and gifs since my last icon making spree, so i think i'll make new icons in an attempt to allay my terrible mood.
